Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States! Shipping is FREE for orders over $60. Otherwise, we charge shipping based on weight of your order:

.01-.5lbs - $4.99
.51-1lb - $6.99
1lb-5lb - $10.99
5lb-19.99lbs - $12.99

We ship 100% plastic-free and carbon neutral! Our packaging is fully recyclable, with paper stuffing, compostable paper tape and compostable shipping labels, and recycled paper boxes and envelopes. Our shipping service Sendle offsets the emissions of every shipment through global restoration initiatives. (Plus, if you use Shop Pay at checkout, your shipping emissions will be offset AGAIN!)

All our packages are handled by USPS as USPS Priority Mail and shipped using Sendle, a carbon-neutral shipping service. Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days and arrive within a week. Once your order is shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, current shipping status, and estimated delivery date. 

 

Incorrect shipping address

If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately by responding to your shipping confirmation email (or email us at support@ecocollective.com). We will do our best to update the shipping address on your order before sending it to you.

If the order was already shipped...

Once the package has left our warehouse, we are not able to make any alterations to an order. You can track the status of your package through the Sendle tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Oftentimes the misaddressed package will be returned to us; if this is the case, we will contact you to correct the shipping information and re-ship it to you. This process will cause significant delays. 

If the package is successfully delivered to the address you provided, we cannot send you a new package. You can contact USPS directly to see if the receiver has dropped off the misaddressed package to the post office. 

If you sent the package to your previous address and you currently have mail forwarding set up through USPS, it should get forwarded to your new address, since the package is USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for the mail forwarding process. Please contact USPS with any questions.

 

Missing package

Our packages are shipped using Sendle, a carbon-neutral shipping service, and handled by USPS as USPS Priority Mail. Once the item has been shipped, you can track your package through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

In the rare case that your package seems to be lost in transit, please file a missing parcel inquiry through the Sendle tracking page. Sendle will help you locate your package, typically completing the lost parcel investigation within 5 days. For more information on managing your Sendle package, click here

If you completed the above process and your package was officially declared "lost" by Sendle, reach out to us by responding to your shipping confirmation email (or emailing support@ecocollective.com). We will file an insurance claim for your order through Sendle, and provide a refund or send you a new one if it is covered.
